After many years of great success, the PNC series is now replaced by the new spinning machine generation SC series. With its 200 spinning machine series, Leifeld provides a well-proven machine concept with modern components. The broad range of machines meets specific customer requirements for producing from smallest to largest blank diameters of 5000 mm. Even from the first workpiece, you earn top productivity by solid machine structure and best technical production quality. Depending on its application, the machine is individually equipped and ensures high production efficiency. Leifeld spinning machines allow e. g. turning operations of the open edge as well as beading operations just in one clamping. Cutting off the bottom and profiling small radii are also possible in one setup.

Leifeld combines for the new 300 series the well-proven machine and control concept with free configurable and programmable additional units. With this advanced development, Leifeld has established new standards for efficient spinning technology with a rapidly changing product portfolio and small production batches. Manual set up is reduced to a minimum. This applies to all selectable additional units, the trimming blade, the blank support unit and the centering device. Due to the single programmable settings of these (support) units – without any tools – you will benefit from extremely short setup times and save valuable time.
