For the first time nearly any diameter courses can be realized even with long, conic pipes due to the chipless, resource-saving forming technology, which will be protected worldwide by patent. An extraordinary advantage is the drastic weight and material savings due to adaptation of wall thicknesses in masts. Compared to conventional procedures weight savings of up to 35% are possible.
 
Additionally, near net shape forming enhances material strength properties, resulting in increased resilience of masts. Distinctly reduced postprocessing additionally saves time and energy. This powerful machine concept is optimally completed with an integrated loading and unloading unit.
