With the high performance wheel-forming machine ST 650 H 900 RS the leap in quality is clear: Through the procedure of the spinning support and the high deformation speeds, very short cycle times are achieved. In addition the machine has the shortest acceleration times and brake times due to the torque being linked between the main spindle and the tailstock auxiliary spindle. This is the optimum prerequisite to produce your steel wheel discs efficiently. For example - a 22.5-inch truck wheel disc with a wall thickness of 14.5 mm, has a production time of less than 24 seconds.
