ST 650 H 9100 - 4RS

The world’s largest flow-forming machine, the ST 650 H 9100 - 4RS, impresses by variable forming lengths, quality of manufacture, flexibility for different applications, and economy of production. With this pioneering technology, Leifeld has established new standards by allowing tube forming in forward flow-forming up to 9 m and in reverse flow-forming of 13 m and more. Until now, simple parts worked with low precision technologies. This new flow-forming machine meets the requirements for high-precision forming within the narrowest tolerances. The broad range of potential applications includes the largest possible range of tubes, with diameters from 60 mm to 650 mm, and a maximum tube weight of 4 tons.
